Providing Feedback
Plush provides a number of channels to provide feedback but considers that the fastest and most efficient way for all customer service product and warranty based issues to be resolved is to initially contact the Plush Customer Service Centre on 1300 0PLUSH or 1300 075 874 and for any pricing or general enquiries the fastest option is the store where you made your purchase. The Plush Customer Service Call Centre's operating hours are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (AEST).
Most issues should be addressed at the first point of contact however, if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving or have received from the Plush Customer Service Call Centre or a Plush store, please contact Plush via our website address or postal address. A Plush team member will be in contact with you within 24 hours of receiving your feedback or the next business day.
If you have purchased our extended Plush shield warranty and need to make a claim on your warranty. You can make a claim by contacting:

Please remember to store your warranty care in a safe place. If you need to call the warranty and care line to make a claim you will be asked to provide your warranty care serial number.
